Rooms needs a referb , dirty bathroom ceiling exhaust fan not strong enough or dont work, sliding doors haven't been cleaned for years floors not cleaned duri ng our stay. Breakfast meals very ordinary and cold daily. Staff great and enthusiastic friendly and helpful.
