This is a PSA if anyone is looking at sending their children to Mordialloc preschool. I would not recommend putting your child in red or blue group! The main educator there has had some time off and has been allowed to come back to work very sedated, and at times falling asleep. Her demeanour has scared some children. She has not been capable of running a class, especially trying to get the children ready for primary school next year. There has been multiple parents complain to TRY in regards to this, but there has been no reply. Whilst I think it s important for people to return to work it shouldn t be at the expense of young children. The other educators there are fantastic and I m sure very frustrated at the situation also. I would have no hesitation putting my child in any of the other groups if I had my time again.
Don't use these people as they are not professional. They closed our child care with 6 weeks notice. By notice I mean the staff told us I'm still waiting for an email from the service. Just what you need before Christmas.
They'll tell you what day they're going to deduct kinder fees from you and then deduct them a day early so they can charge you a 15 dollar dishonor fee.
The ladies at our Try centre are wonderful with looking after the kids.
However, Try should catch up with the times & offer 10 hour session for the kids that go every day so the families can use the 100 hours of Centrelink hours a fortnight effectively.
