I moved into Fox Hills Condominiums a few months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. The community is vibrant and everyone is friendly. The amenities are well-maintained and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.
Lived here for 4 years. The first 3 were perfect 5 stars. The last year after new management has taken over has been pitiful. They haven't fixed the pot holes... Which really they are craters not pot holes anymore. Your car will be ruined of you hit one. The kids they hired to clean the halls are somewhat not exactly say "Molly maids". Now don't get me wrong.. I like casually dressing for work as well. But walking inside your hallway seeing 3 kids with baggy jeans and backwards hats holding a broom... Your first instinct is "odd". But hey, if all you have them do is open the doors and blow freebrez like they have been then I guess you wouldn't care who you hired. It's sad.
I am having a terrible experience with them trying to waive a fee for something I wasn't even aware of in time and had active communication with them trying to resolve an issue as soon as I was made aware.
