its a call centre , mix of all different process, alibaba cloud is there vistara airlines is there , Max lufe insurance is there , plus big shop for microsoft , so they are having all these process as a call centre , they have got it outsourced. they are playing games with candidates during hiring they select 6 people and ask them to join company , once all join they will ask to leave1 or 2 people because they call 1 guy as spare if someone run away in traning, they took training and then take assesment andaftervassesment ask any one who is little lazy to leave company by saying you did not clear the assesment, can't understand once they have hired then how can they fired anothet person with 15 days in training itsrlf.
