I love the workouts here! I appreciate the warmups and mobility movements we do before the workout almost as much as the workout itself.
All the coaches are great (Rob,Debbie,Manuel,Dave) and let me know how to improve my form and make small changes for a more effective workout!
What makes this place truly special is the culture -- although there are members who are insanely athletic and fit (who push each other), EVERYONE feels like a part of the community and all of the members are super inspiring and chill. I am so hooked to it that I find myself checking the WOD after every class to see how are we going to be challenged next day.
