Renaldo was very knowledgeable regarding our heating and cooling system. He was also polite, respectful, and repaired our unit quickly. Our home is now cool and back to normal. I also appreciated TLC putting us on a cancellation list, so they were able to contact me a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. Thank you also for the military discount! I highly recommend TLC - we have used their services on a few occasions.
