I was contacted by Patrick Ugarte from Transition Staffing Group in March, 2020. He had reviewed my experience via LinkedIn and noticed I was open to new opportunities. Since that first phone contact Patrick and I met "face to face" via duo and had an hour long conversation about my skill set and career goals. Patrick's approach is very proactive and he has been a great resource. He provided excellent suggestions about updating my resume to provide more specific accomplishments for prior positions I held. Patrick has been in touch regularly over the past several weeks to check in and provide updates about the employment environment in San Diego specifically as well as throughout the country.
