An unpaid interim invoice was deducted from my final invoice. This TTF was about the period after my move, so like other companies, it is credited so that you receive a correct final invoice.
At ESSENT this is not the case, they keep their feet and do not want to draw up a credit note from that TTF .. Very ridiculous and weak customer service so
