One day , after work at around 5:30, I decided to walk in to the BMW dealership on Wharncliffe Road. I thought I will just walk around look at the beautiful cars, the different models of BMW , which I longed to own for some years now. I didn t expect to have some one available to show me anything as I hadn t made an appointment. However, I randomly asked the receptionist if there was some one who could answer a few questions. I was really lucky that Patrick offered to answer my questions and then the story began. He spent more than 3 hours explaining every detail and answering all silly questions. He even took me for a test drive. Finally, I found the right person to help me make the right choice . This was a beautiful informative experience for me and I was finally able to make the decision and buy my dream car. Thank you Patrick. Thank you BMW.
