I bought a 2020 moon dust highlander over a month ago now, was told that a hitch was going to be put on for me because that was what I wanted to purchase this vehicle. Sales stayed in contact with me for the first week, telling me they was on a back order. Then nothing and can t get a response back when I call or message to get answers. Beyond disappointed I wouldn t had bought this vehicle without this agreement. They should be staying in contact with the people they make agreements with.
