This is the worst complex around the UCF area. This is the first year under new management and there has been zero improvements. It is the dirtiest, worst maintained, and unsafe complex i have been in. There is garbage all over the complex, the key fab security doors do not work because the doors do not close all the way. Avoid this place at all costs.
