Was quoted $2200 for parts and labor and I dropped the vehicle off on a Friday with the assumption (from the original quote) that the job would take 4-6 hours and cost $800 in labor. Someone called at the end of Friday to explain that they started working on the vehicle but would need it until the end of Saturday. I agreed, since it was expressed that the vehicle was already being serviced. On Saturday I was called again and told that I wouldn t be able to pick the car up until the end of the day on Monday, and after not having the vehicle for over 2 days longer than expected, I was charged almost twice as much for labor ($1500). All and all I spoke to 4 different people who each seemed confused about the specific job I had for them, and the original quote was lost in the communication. Can t complain about the extra labor, since there are probably legal stipulations that allow for that, but there was no reason for the vehicle to be there for that long given that they could have called before starting the job to have me bring the vehicle in a different day or time. Since every phone call was with someone new, there was no context for them to provide me with the option to avoid the doubling of the labor cost. Sloppy, unfair, mismanaged service. The work done in the vehicle is quality, but the billing and paperwork process was a joke. Don t let this dealership fool themselves into fooling you into paying twice as much for labor.
