Communication was the hallmark of our Synergy experience. Their talented team made a commitment on cost, schedule and quality, and lived up to it in every way. We would not hesitate to use them again.

The number one reason we picked Synergy was the professionalism and punctuality of the team from the outset! We met with a number of different contractors, but there was a stark contrast between them and everything about Synergy - from their online presence to the level of service to the authentic nature of the team. We liked they had a clearly defined process and were clearly driven by being on time and on schedule.

The carpentry team was excellent - respectful, considerate and on time! They did everything they could to make the process as easy as possible on our family. The communication was great throughout the construction process and when issues/concerns did arise, they were quickly resolved. We talked to someone in the industry who told us to expect to be 25% over budget and 50% over on schedule and we couldn't believe how on budget and on schedule our project was! We have already recommended Synergy to others.
