Unprofessional company I spoke to a member this company who stated they were interested in my CV, and we mutually agreed a time they would call back to discuss the role. 5 mins before they were due to call the person emailed me stating I needed to send a copy of my CV before we speak even though they had seen my CV prior, hence organising a time to call. Another time was mutually agreed. I sent my CV before the scheduled time, but the person did not call as agreed, and has ignored emails ever since I am currently researching the legitimacy of this company as I find it very strange for a company to request a candidates personal details, organise a conversation via the telephone on more than one occasion then suddenly disappear when personal details have been obtained, after viewing some of the comments from other users I am not the only person who has had a bad experience with ROC Recruitment
