Jasmine from Customer Service phoned me the day after my service to check whether I was satisfied. I liked that Omega took the time to call.

Cameron was perfection.
He phoned 40 min before arrival.
I chose a new kitchen mixer tap from his truck, the tap was expensive but totally acceptable because it included labour.
Cameron took out my old mixer tap which was a really difficult job as it was so old and jammed.
He also identified an old valve and replaced it for free.
Plus Cameron checked the taps in all my bathrooms for free.
And there was nothing for me to clean afterwards.
