If there were negative stars I would give it. As a club member I haven't been able to reach anyone at Domaine Chandon by phone or email for months. All mailboxes are full and they don't return messages.

Where are you and what's going on?
I actually thought they had closed until I saw a review from two weeks ago.

They currently have most horrible client service in Napa Valley and the wine industry. So disappointed
and shocked.
