I really wanted to like Vivint. Multiple connectivity issues with the Internet service. After lots of patience and multiple attempts to resolve the problem I was finally informed by their technician that due to network changes they had made in the area that they wouldn't be able to service our home anymore. I don't live in a rural area. I was told that I would have to find a different provider and that when I cancelled the service they would credit us back for the couple of months of service that we were having so many issues. When I called Vivint to make arrangements they were unwilling to completely refund money they had promised. They felt it was okay to charge me for service time that their service wasn't working. Vivint has already robbed me of too much if my personal time trying to get this resolved.
Lesson learned
Do yourself a favor and choose a provide that values its customers.
