I wish I could give more than 5 stars for our experience at City Chevrolet! Garret Williams was our sales representative and did a phenomenal job. We walked in knowing exactly what car we wanted and Garret went above and beyond to make sure we left the lot happy and that we got exactly what we wanted for a fair price. Everyone we worked with (Allen & Brent in Finance) were straight forward and showed us all of our options. We never felt pressured to buy or commit to anything that we weren't comfortable with. They made sure we understood everything, especially when the car lingo and financial jargon got a little dense. For trading in two cars and purchasing a new one, they made the process smooth and quick. We are so appreciative of the amount of effort and care Garret and the team at City Chevrolet put into this process for us. Car buying is often talked about as a tedious and painful process, but that was the absolute opposite experience for us. We WILL return to City Chevrolet for future car needs and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!
