I went last June for some scar treatment. After waiting for over half an hour, I met with an assistant who told me that no laser treatments could be done because the only technician qualified to use the machine was away that week. They suggested that I go to a different dermatology office, which I did, but then several weeks later I got a bill for $250 from these people! They didn't provide any service, but they billed me for what was generically coded as a "cosmetic procedure". I called several times to have them correct the error. The receptionists always said she'd "look into it" but refused to acknowledge that the bill was an error. Now I'm getting threatened by collections agencies. I will never come back to this crooked, sleazy, incompetent business again.
