I went there a few days ago temp was so hot.
It was wonderful. Didn't no really where to park. But backed up and parked eventually.
Walked through wonderful path. Met a man in
Store. Asked him if he had allium I called an hour earlier. He had plant said he had more so I wondered around until I seen pitbulls in cages. I ran back to the man'' owner. Never
Thinking they would be let of their cages.
Talking to him wonderful. About 5 minutes.
Then I heard something running towards us.
I'm handicapped so scared I'm lucky I didn't have a heartattache. Told women please
Please hold dog. She looked at me and said
GET out of here Get out of here I don't want your business. Husband said go in the house he yelled at her. I paid for plants and walked
To car fast. All I can say I'm traumatized
By this experience I will never so there again.
Most people are afraid of pitbulls. Let them out when your closed,!!!!!!!!!!I tapped everything o My!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best nursery hands down anywhere close to this area. Judy God bless you you are an amazing woman and have amazing kinetic energy that is so much appreciated by everyone that goes there. thank you for keeping me while hydrated and thank you for the doc too! I'll be in touch. The kindness, passion, culture, and ethics behind your farm & greenhouse is remarkable these days in a world full of jaded adults.

I only got to stop in for a second, but it was a beautiful store with a wide variety of things to choose from. From what I saw, there was sage, Palo Santo holy wood, incense, singing bowls, crystals, natural teas, an abundance of raw herbs, essential oils, and I'm sure much more that I didn't get to see! Can't wait to go back, definitely worth stopping in if you haven't been yet. :)

This is one of my favorite places. They have beautiful grounds and gardens that you are free to peruse at your own pace without any pressure to make a purchase. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have herbs and perennials that I can't find anywhere else. They carry Coast of Maine products, which I love. The selections of dried herbs and teas can't be beat. I recently went to a community Tai Chi class they held in the upstairs part of their store that was pure bliss. I just can't say enough about this place. It has a peaceful energy. I have my family photos taken here every year. It is truly a special sanctuary.

(Curious - do you still make lavender lace tea? I'd love to come get some more!)

I love SAF, everyone is beyond helpful. The minute you pull into the bamboo dressed driveway you are at peace. My first trip was to find clay for poison ivy, Bonnie went back into the field and gave me jewel weed instead! It was then I realized, this place is for the people not the money. We've brought the kids here and they ask at least once a week when we are going back! I'd live there if I could.
