Where do I begin with the disappointment. First Ian at the front desk did a great job. The first time we used the rest room in the room the toilet overflowed onto the floor. We told maintenance and housekeeping of the issue. Housekeeping never showed to mop the floor. The next day we requested additional towels. They never showed even though we used the app. This was not what was expected from any marriott I have ever been in. This is very rare for a marriott to have these level of issues.
