All the parts I recieved look like they were previ...

All the parts I recieved look like they were previously returned as all the plastic bags that were supposed to contain the hardware were ripped and hardware missing. Not to mention grease finger prints and boxes all torn open. Loseing hundreds a day if I were to do what rockauto wants me to do and ship stuff back. Not sure why they have a partial refund to buy hardware localy if they wont allow you to do it. My immediate family and myself have over 10 vehicals on the road and I work on and service them myself. Friend suggested rock auto for their decent prices brand name parts. Prices dont mean a dam thing if you dont have the hardware that was supposed to be included. Rock auto fix this and I'll give 5 star review if not my current review will stay
