We often share bad experiences so I will write this time in favor of this mutual because I have never been disappointed. It's been several years since I registered my animals and I was reimbursed each time and in a short time (between 1 week and 1 month max). Refunds in accordance with signed contracts. This mutual benefit is even more advantageous than two other known ones with whom I tested the competition and either more expensive franchise or vaccine not supported. The only downside at Eca is that the monthly payment is a little expensive and increases every year but in the end it is very profitable given the costs that I had on my animals in simple care or surgery or drugs. You have to look at the contracts and what is supported before subscribing! An animal that has already been sick will not be supported in certain reimbursements and will not trust what you are told on the phone (these are commercial and there is no evidence of their claims-like the others animal mutuals for that matter).
