This place has terrible organization. It appears a bunch of teenagers is running the tour system. Most of the "guides" were in their early 20's, with some being more mature. The trams would arrive, people would file onto the seats and then the tram would set/wait for 10-15 minutes before leaving. I suppose they were waiting in order to maintain separation from the previous tram, but their process stinks. Then our guide spent a good portion telling people to "move along" or "be quiet". When I questioned him about being told to move and not being able to take photos, he said, "I have 105 people and we need to keep moving." I told him they should make the groups smaller and he said that wasn't possible. It appears the Center just wants to make money, not provide a successful tour. Most of the "stuff" in the museum is geared toward children, which is ok, but not much for an adult to do. Viewing the shuttle and the 747 was good.
