Was very displeased at how the operator handled this situation. Kept on saying to me i "you" did not understand that i "cannot grasp" what he is saying. I called some months before and wondering why as of now the deductible has changed from 16$ to 89$ and he could not explain other than the replacement was for a new phone not because of a cracked screen. Mind you i am a network professional so telling someone they "you do not know""you""you cannot grasp what i am saying" is not under the list of professional responses that are taught Herber.
