After you pay you become a slave because you have to be calling them for everything, they coordinate the installation and they leave me waiting, they do not comply with the stipulated time - they told me that they installed in August or beginning of September and the installation was done in November , and the customer service is the worst, they are not friendly, they do not provide the correct information.

Today is 03/12/2019, I have been waiting for the apology for 3 weeks since I installed the window of a door around and to tell me when they are going to fix the door and deliver the screens and nothing to see.

The installer-Jorge, excellent treatment, but the rest of the staff, especially Rafael, the salesman, whom I write and does not answer one of my messages, unfortunately extremely irresponsible.

Agree with many of the reviews. They are irresponsible and do not comply. They promise you at the time of the sale an installation in 4 to 8 weeks and they go more than nine months that do not finish doing the delivery and they do not even give date of installation. This company is the worst of the worst. After you pay, you do not matter anymore. They do not answer calls or messages. My order was made in December 2017 and they came to install in November 2018 and they left it halfway. They had to come yesterday December 6, 2018 and they did not come. Hours of work lost by these intruders. I have never seen such an ungraspable company how it is. At the beginning they offer you all and they are the most willing, then there is no customer service and they do not care. Do not buy here !!!! Do not do business with them !!!!! The product once installed is super disappointing. Window operators break just by looking at them, it's a brittle lined iron-style material. Sliding doors do not close. Tell me, why do I want doors that don't close? For that I do not spend money and I am left without doors. They did not deliver on time, they left incomplete work. They did not respond to a request for credit for noncompliance.

Low quality work with bad terminations. I do not recommend them.
