I came for, what I would imagine to be, one of the simplest possible services that could be provided from a dealership: front license plate installation. I came because I wanted a professional to do it instead of myself messing it up. I also believe I was missing a certain tool.
While I was helped pretty quickly in the beginning, I wasn't initially told the price of this service. I had to ask as I was being quickly shooed off.

But the worst part was waiting for an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES, being forgotten, having to go FIND MY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT, and seeing the expression on the service rep's face as she scrambles to find my keys and pretend like she was just about to come get me.
I understand the world doesn't revolve around me. But I would've imagined a front license plate install to take 5-15 minutes, TOPS by a professional.

I'm extremely disappointed and don't intend on visiting again.
