Stayed for a month. Housekeeping is very inconsistent. They can miss things like towels, laundry bag and paper due to poor SOP. Room amenities are quite poor. Cockroaches in my room. Doorbell wasn't working.
Hotel management called my room and requested to settle payment even though I had already blocked the amount on my card. Front desk are so insistent on payment upfront. The front desk do not seem to care to serve you well, only to finish their tasks and continue with the next waiting guest. To top things off, they are unable to issue a partial invoice for the nights that I've stayed and can only provide the full thing at checkout. The manager also didn't seem to be bothered in helping me with that.
Breakfast is standard - western with a mix of local food. Similar food every day. Waiters are usually too busy cleaning to ask you if you'd like any help or drinks.
It only gets a two star from me because of the spacious room and complimentary laundry.
