Good place near the NEC, small rooms for the single one. One of the receptionist was very rude when asking about late check out, and was delivering the message that it is not possible for late check out at 2 pm in a rude way even without a smile on his face, beside telling me don't forget to get another credit card as the one you booked with online has been declined in a very rude way....really rude I don't know how can that be done in a hotel like Hilton :(
