Do not use this company. Terrible product, evasive service, uncontactable phone lines. This week I will receive my Paypal claim refund but only because I had to make a full official claim.

I ordered a pristine iPhone 7 which arrived late, again only because I used PayPal to communicate with them after zero explanation for where my product was. Once It arrived, it was clearly badly refurbed, the screen wasn t responsive, brightness didn t work fully and Apple Pay contactless didn t work at all. Again cue a tonne of evasive emails at my refund request. So I had to escalate to PayPal (who were brilliant).

This is a company flouting advertising and consumer law, breaking promises with inadequate and vague lines of communication. DO NOT USE.
