Midland account managers were kind and easy to work with. They were professional the entire time, I was worried I was about the deal with a rude robotic person due to their bad reviews but I was surprised at how pleasant it all was to deal with. They were not able to settle for as little as I needed, but they are willing to work out a payment plan or a lump sum amount.
