Phone numbers are disconnected and not updated in the state system. The phones are always busy like they are taken of the hook on purpose. This system is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

My finger print results were mailed out of this office on April 12, 2019, and to this day I still haven't received them, I've called several times and keep getting the same results, mine you this is for my current employment. I reside not far, I'm not sure what the hold up could possibly be.

One of the worst places to go for finger prints avoid if u can they move slower than a and up too me needs new ppl.

Very shifty and corrupt no customer service make the state of maryland like more worst then what it already is and it's not the governors fault.

I have met several members of the staff and all are very helpful and professional. I met a member of K-9 unit today and he was very squared away and professional.

Had an appointment to get fingerprinting done and criminal background check for a business license the had an appointment to get fingerprinting down in criminal background check from a business license the lady The works there Was very rude major attitude problem I guess she must ve broke up on the wrong side of the bed but at least I got it done I never seen somebody so hostile before I guess working in the little room the size of a 8 x 8 Can close on an individual Just be prepared To deal with a hostile person Otherwise the service was done as agreed
