The airport has lately started behaving like a true Hungarian public company in how much they care about customers (even though it's private).
My personal comment is that I think standing in line for over 30 minutes at security is unacceptable at a modern airport. It feels like the airport is trying to squeeze more money out of the passengers by forcing us to pay extra for the priority line (or miss our flights).
I asked the person checking the boarding passes where I could complain, and she couldn't tell. This I find ridiculous.

But this seems to be the general attitude of the airport today: The contact form is well-hidden on the webpage, and they aren't very helpful in answering complaints.
And I just read that airport workers have been stealing from bags, but the airport is being less than helpful, completely shrugging off responsibility.
