If was a friday night around 8pm when i called the dispatcher told me her tech was going to be 2- 3 hours,before he would be able to show up. Explained that I had no heat and i had 3 small children. The dispatcher told me she would see what see could do 5 min later she called be back and said she had someone in route. Within a half hour I had Mike at my door. He was such a very nice man told my husband and I that he would do what ever he could so we didnt have to take our kids to a family members house. He was only here for an hour and found out our problem, had it fixed and our furnace is working better now than it ever had. I was very impressed with Mike D. Knowing it was very late and very cold, he had made our experience wonderful and stress free.I plan on using Gillece again knowing that they have techs like Mike D. Thank you again.
