We stopped in the used cars area and had a great salesman help us. Drove a 2011 Acura, and LOVED it, so then we started talking price. At this point we had been there a couple of hours so it was time to get serious, and Juan, one of the managers stepped in. Unfortunately the "smoke and mirrors" tactics began, and to lower the price they took the Certified part off (it hadn't been through the list of items checked to get Certified yet). He was so busy telling me how wonderful Acuras are, but he wasn't willing to negotiate a better price. It wasn't until we left the building and got in our car that someone came running out to tell us he'd lower the price by $4500! Hell, if he'd done that to begin with we'd have bought that car, but by that time I was so disgusted I had no desire to do business with them. And yes, we went elsewhere and bought a car that day.
