This was an amazing experience from the get go with John Erickson with Master pool and spa Saint Louis park MN. We were at the Colorado Western Stock show Master Spa Sale . John was very knowledgeable about the exact tub we wanted. Tub showed up right on time at our home. We live in the mountains and John had already set up for a difficult install because we needed it in our back yard .. Not an easy task by any means Mountain trial to back of property. The delivery team did it, set it up, and were very professional. I was very impressed. The tub is above and beyond our expectations. This tub has performed flawlessly for the past 4 months. I use it at least 5 days a week and love every minute of it. I highly recommend you get on of these spas and you could only hope to get John Erickson as a sales rep. Thanks Master Spa's and thanks to the whole team who made this happen!!!
