First off the front desk girls have no customer service skills. You would think a high end spa like this would train their employees how to be professional. I spent over $500 here and it was so not worth it. The owner walked by a couple times and didn t even introduce himself or even smile for that matter. The facial I had was was okay. Nothing special. I would never get my nails or toes done there again. My pinky nail is already chipping. My gel usually lasts at least two weeks and it s been one day. The spa itself is beautiful but the employees need to be trained on how to treat clients in this kind of environment and if they are going to charge high prices like they do than they should train their employees to do a better job. I won t be going back here.
