I had a great experienced with AIM loan. I was skeptical at first (never done any refinance or mortgage over the internet before) but they came through. My loan closer Sheema Ahmood was awesome. She was helpful and professional. I had 3 weeks turnaround. If you don't have an access of fax or scanner this company might not be for you. I will use them again.
