On Monday, 19 Oct, we called the dealership to make a deal on a new car. The salesman confirmed the car would be arriving on 21Oct and was available. We made the deal, received a signed purchase order, completed credit app (to which we were approved) and were told the deal was done. We asked the salesman to verify the car was marked as sold and were assured everything was in order.

As part of the deal we were to have additional accessories installed and the vehicle would be available to pick up on Friday or Saturday 22-23 Oct. On 21 Oct, the day the vehicle was scheduled to arrive, we attempted to make contact with our salesman to ensure the vehicle arrived on schedule. Our attempts were ignored. On 22 Oct, we attempted again and were told the salesman was off but would make contact with us first thing today. Once again the salesman failed to make contact. Finally we're able to get him on the phone only to be hold the car was accidentally sold.

He, nor the sales manager we had fealty with could explain and refused to make things right, other than to offer us a different color at the same price. Note the vehicle in question is a difficult color to obtain and this vehicle was being purchased for our son. He had saved a significant down payment, and has busted his butt to be in a position to do this.

Incredibly poor service, even worse recovery. While I understand mistakes happen, there was zero attempt to make things right other than to say, oops sorry.

Needless to say we will never use this dealership or any others owned by this auto group.
