Please accept my apologies for letting my brown self enter into your hotel. Clearly I should have won the genetic lottery and been born a different color to deserve normal treatment from your front desk staff. Like instead of catering to and apologizing to the gentleman who barged in front of us in line about having to do two things in parallel (note that we were standing there without a word for a good 5 minutes before we pointed out we just needed to check out, we were first in line). Or the fact that I'm greeted with "what do you need" instead of Hello when I say Gruetzi the day before. Or not being asked when we're going back to India (we're Indian Americans) they day we check in. Thanks for allowing me to spend my brown money here, I promise I won't trouble you again in future with any of it and I'll make sure no other brown or black acquaintances bother you with their money either. Such a pain to deal with us non-whites!

P.S. abysmal front desk service aside, the room was quite nice and the location can't be beat. Europcar is right at the hotel for convenience and Radisson has after hours dropoff. In room food service was great, Thai food was delicious.
