The Marquee is the nicest student housing I ve lived in by far. It s not super luxurious but the apartments are comfortable and the location is convenient. I really enjoy the pool and the balcony view that I have. Phase II isn t super outdated and maintenance is great about fixing appliances urgently. I think the office did a great job matching me with a roommate this year as well. Would most likely recommend to other college students.
