Although we have had our issues with payments on line (complicated and laborious) because of website difficulties, we have the kindest and sweetest person , Janet , helping us when we call. We are European and sometimes there have been misunderstandings etc. For example, despite accidentally accruing late charges and penalties, Janet always comes to our rescue and sorts things out!
