I am currently a student in the middle school. I also created this account to anonymously post just this one review so that this can't be traced back to me in any way. Because I have some things about this school that I need to get off my chest.
For one, it's a fraud. This whole school claims to be one that helps each individual student with it's needs. But it doesn't. I have yet to receive any help at all for my dyslexia. And a large majority of all students that go there have dyslexia, and all of them get no help at all with it. The school doesn't help kids at all. If anything most of the teachers give the students work that only helps themselves. And directly hinders the class.
Also, most of the teachers that work there are very rude. And will pick favorites in the class, and scream at kids that they don't like for doing practically nothing. While the "favorites" get off scott free, and can do anything they wont in the entire school. For example, earlier in the school year there was a little incident. Student A cheated at a sport. Student B calls Student A out for cheating. Then Student A punches the kid in the face. Then teacher comes and breaks it up. But for the kid who punched the other kid. You wanna know what his punishment was. 2 laps around the school. 2 LAPS, THAT'S IT. Meanwhile. Another student asks for the answers to some homework. And both students got a strike for doing so. I could understand giving them a strike if it was like a test or something. But homework? Really?...Now I have to explain the strike system at the school so you can better understand this. Basically 3 strikes and your expelled. So this kid got 1/3 of the way to expulsion for sharing homework. While another kid punches another kid and all he has to do is run 2 freaking laps.
Also with all the reviews here. If there by a parent and not a student. Disregard them. For some reason the parents seem to think that everything is fine. I think this is because students are to afraid to tell their parents that this school is a scam of $30,000. This school also assigns way too much homework. Look up the definition of burnout please.
