Excellent gym!!! I did not know what to expect, but coach Rob, Manuel and David are excellent, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They help you learn the mechanics and focus on safety, while also motivating you through your classes. Always helping you to be the best you can be. It took me almost 6 weeks to get the proper mechanics for moments, lol but I got them and there is still room for improvement. :) Great place, coaches and staff! You get a great work out, no matter what level you re at. It was a blessing finding and joining this gym!!! Stay healthy and blessed!
