Gillece recently sent a service person to our home to work on some gutter drains which had become clogged. We had seen their advertisement for drain cleaning and were aware that ours backed up during storms.

In contrast to a previous visit, the technician arrived within an hour of when they said he would; Adam was polite and competent; he cleared one drain quite quickly, but the other one took significantly longer. He filled out the necessary paperwork once he was finished and they charged us exactly what they said they would! Overall, this was a very positive experience.
