I Called Gillece to repair a leaking hose in a water purification system they installed within the past year. One of the first things the telephone rep asked for was a credit card number to pay for a service call. I mentioned to her that we had just paid $2000 for the installation less than a year ago and I told the Gillece rep we should not be having this problem. After putting me on hold for about a minute she came back on the phone and told me there would be no charge for the service call. The customer service rep mentioned someone from Gillece would call to let us know when the technician was due to arrive. We did receive a call back a few days later mentioning the service technician would arrive in a few hours. The service tech did not show. I waisted an entire day waiting. There was no follow up call or apology on the part of Gillece.
As a result, my wife called another company which came on time and did an excellent repair at a fair price.
