Very interesting historically and with a good audio tour. Very busy.
The Jewish History museum is also worth a visit. It's a bit quieter with a bit more information and exhibitions.
Still, Anne Franks situation became emblematic of all that was wrong with Nazism and the house and the diary are important to aid rememberance of that.
