I had a great experience in Service. I called in and spoke with Nick Nunes. He booked me in right away, gave me a ton of information over the phone, and when I came in, everyone greeted me nicely and showed me where to go. It was very easy. BMW London definitely fulfills the standard of 'premium' service! And their cookies (while you wait) are amazing!!! :)
