I had to pay out of pocket for urgent private specialist care because the Richmond VA had a two month wait and Fee Basis dragged its feet. I left a message with the Patient Advocate two weeks ago, still no response; and now I can't get the operator to connect me to the Director's office or anyone else in the Quad for that matter. Feeling abandoned by my country in Charlottesville...
