Excellent accommodation with lovely social spaces and rooms, and very welcoming staff. Perfect start to university as a fresher. Highly recommend

Amazing accommodation, not only are the staff very friendly and helpful but go above and beyond to make this more than a student building site. All the rooms are fresh and clean, the kitchen is huge and very high-end. All the communal areas are great too, from the TV rooms, to the gym, and common room.

Grossly overpriced! It's a new site but I have felt it's been built as cheaply and quickly as possible. Haven't felt welcome here, the staff is never in the reception when needed. They say the front desk is open 24/7 but that is a total lie. I'm especially disappointed how they treat their tenants during this crisis situation when they're needed the most.

Best accommodation ever. I ve lived here now for over a month. The studio rooms are very spacious with lots of storage space. The kitchen area has a 4 ring hob, oven and separate microwave. The desk area is very big which is great for studying. There is 24hr surveillance and night time security making it a safe environment to live in. The staff are fabulous. They are so friendly and always willing to help when ever they can. There are loads of social spaces consisting of movie rooms, common rooms and study rooms along with a gym and fitness studio. Only a short walk from both campuses and really close to a new coop and town centre. Would definitely recommend booking a room here.

Clifford House is great accommodation for Exeter University. You have access to a gym, study space and communal room aswell as staff 24/7 that are always so helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern and everyone is very sociable.

Great rooms, great kitchen, very clean and all around great studio accommodation. That combined with the very friendly staff and easy travel arrangements means that I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for first year accommodation.

Ps due to the stadium expect some noise.

A really great place to stay during your studies at the university. 24/7 staff makes you feel really safe, they are also super friendly and make you feel at home, (especially important during these difficult times!). It is a lovely atmosphere and I'm so glad I chose to live here and the rooms are high quality too, a full double bed in studio is a great advantage and plenty of storage.

Really enjoying Clifford so far! Great Kitchen and lovely staff team. Feel very happy and safe here. Great location and proximity to town aswell. Have been so supportive when we had to go into a 14 day quarantine.

This accommodation is a great choice if you want to be right near the shops and also a good distance between both university campuses. The staff are super friendly and nice and have helped me and my flat a lot during our stay and are always available to call 24/7 for assistance. Also the kitchen is the best kitchen I ve seen offered in university halls.

The best student accommodation I have been to. All the furnishing is brand new. The staff is friendly and very willing to assist.
The gym is larger than most high school indoor gyms. The gym equipments are well balanced from cardio to weights to cable machines. The kitchens are modern. There are 4 TV lounges, a smart TV in the common room and a TV in every kitchen. You will never have to worry about fighting over TV with your friends ever again.
The biggest let down would be the rooms. The rooms are pretty small and claustrophobic. Shelves are clearly insufficient for college students. The bathroom in en-suite rooms are tiny. The sink could barely fit a pair of shoes in it. The square toilet is a pain to sit on. You cannot adjust the temperature of the water coming out of the shower head. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom. RIP people who use electric shavers.

Lovely accommodation, very close to town and a short walk to campus. Perfect for first years as I personally feel that you re more independent than on campus accommodation but still in on all the freshers action:)

Love living here as a first year. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and all the facilities are nice and very modern. Definitely better than other accommodations I have seen. Would highly recommend :)
